We ensure 100% operational satisfaction across all of our custom automation and AI deployment pipelines. To accommodate our clients’ corporate concerns, a structured cancellation arrangement is maintained. All refund requests will be handled according to the following framework:

If a formal request for a refund is submitted after 12 hours of the initial system architecture blueprint or prototype layout delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund. No refund requests will be entertained if your team has already requested configuration revisions or logic adjustments on any of the initial staging models provided.

All formal requests must be submitted directly to our support division. The team at www.alphenixstudio.com reserves the right to review, approve, or disapprove requests on an individual case by case basis depending on adherence to the User Agreement.

Systems cancellations are applicable strictly during the initial architecture phase and are subject to the following limitations.

The eligibility for an infrastructure refund request is completely extinguished if:

• You have selected a customized or highly specialized enterprise tier package.

• The primary system architecture blueprint or data flow map has been formally approved.

• Your team has already demanded active workflow or code revisions.

• The cancellation is initiated due to internal client reasons unrelated to Alphenix Studio operations.

• Our engineering team has not been contacted or provided with responses for more than 2 consecutive weeks during an active project lifecycle.

• Any core company policies or user agreements have been violated by the client.

• Another automation agency or internal developer has been brought in to work on the exact same project scope simultaneously.

• The initial technical creative brief or API documentation provided by the client lacks the mandatory required systems information.

• A complete, fundamental change to the entire tech stack or operational scope is demanded mid project.

• The claim exceeds the established request for refund timeframe.

• The client’s business is closing down, changing its corporate name, or transitioning industries.

Operational reasons such as an internal change of mind, a disagreement among business partners, or corporate pivots that do not pertain to the direct quality of our technical delivery will not be subject to a refund under any circumstances.

If a client purchases a comprehensive multi tier service bundle and is dissatisfied with one particular automation pipeline, a refund will only be evaluated for that specific isolated service branch, not the entire operational infrastructure bundle.

Clients will not be entitled to any financial refunds after 15 days from the initial date of purchase.

Highly technical continuous operations, including but not limited to active Social Media Management automation, ongoing Search Engine Optimization data structures, live Domain Registration, and cloud Web Hosting infrastructure, are entirely ineligible for refunds under any circumstances.

In the case of web application deployment and complex enterprise AI agents, refunds will not be processed once the client has approved the structural wireframes and the project has been pushed into active backend cloud development.
